Durant-Tuuri-Mott Elementary School

Elementary- The elementary program will serve kindergarten through 6th grade in 2023-24.  The Flint Montessori Elementary program is application-based.  Applications are now available online and those received by May 1, 2023 will be considered as a group.  (You may also get a paper copy of the application at the Flint Community Schools Administration Building at 923 E. Kearsley St.)  If you would like more information about the elementary program, please complete the form below. Students must be 5 years old by September 1 to be in the kindergarten class.

Pre-Kindergarten- In addition to requesting more information, families interested in the Montessori 4-year-old pre-kindergarten program should also complete a pre-registration form at www.geneseepreschool.org or by calling (810) 591-KIDS and select the "Flint Durant Tuuri Mott Elementary- Montessori GSRP" preferred option.  Please notify the Flint Community Schools early childhood education office at (810) 767-8018 when you take this step so they can help you through the rest of the process. 

Younger Kids- Families with infant/toddler or preschool-aged children may also complete this form to signal your interest in Montessori options and receive more information.  While we do not offer a public Montessori program for kids under 4, you may visit www.geneseepreschool.org or call (810) 591-KIDS to learn more about public preschool programs .
